For the 2013 Traditional Home Napa Valley Showhouse, Hillary Thomas designed the sunroom and bar. Rattan and linen sit against fern wallpaper, with layered pattern and collected brass warming the rooms in wine country light.
A sunburst mirror anchors the console, garden stools bookend the sofa, and a faux bamboo bar cart keeps the party close at hand. The rooms read as gathered rather than decorated, easy to settle into and easier to linger in.
